In my life, i encountered periods of darkness that had blinded me so much that i wished that i could have a strong awakening call from somewhere, somehow. It was upon the recent retrieval of some of my long back-dated inspiring emails, some of which i had never even read, sent by a special loved one and friends who cared, that i wished that i could have paid more attention to some of the motivational words, quotes and stories, and reflect upon them so that i may learn and grow to cherish and appreciate my loved ones at all times, before losing them. Some of these could have also guided me to love myself, instead of losing myself, so that i may be able to love others truly and wholely.
Sadly, one usually learns to truly treasure only after losing what has always been close to the heart.
May you my family, friends, Brothers and Sisters in Christ, and those whom I truly love and care, find these words of comfort, hope and love meaningful to your daily living.
May your soul rest not in darkness, but in light always.
Last, i thank God for His "Gift of Sharing" and i pray for His continual guidance in enabling me to share this gift especially with those who are presently in spiritual darkness and struggle.
Yours lovingly,
Adele Josephine Tan
